SkizzeArt accepts Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express. You will receive an email confirmation at the time of purchase with details on your order. 


Privacy Policy

SkizzeArt take your privacy very seriously. We will never share your information with anyone. I may contact you via email only if their is a problem with your order.  


Returns and Exchanges

I try to offer the very best quality product and customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a full refund. Contact me within 7 days after a purchase has been received to do a return or exchange. You will receive a full refund for the item purchased minus shipping and handling costs. Refunds can take 5 or more business days to be processed depending on your payment method.

Refunds and exchanges are processed after I receive the item. Items must be in new condition in order to receive a refund or exchange. Any items with visible damage cannot be accepted. If you have ordered through paypal, paypal fees will be deducted from your total refund.

Certain items such as last chance items or items on sale or commissions cannot be returned or exchanged. Please be sure to read a products description before placing your order. 


Lost or Damaged items


All products are shipped with the utmost care to ensure your package arrives safely and intact. Merchandise will be replaced or refunded including shipping charges if the product is defective or damaged. Damaged items will need to be returned in order to be exchanged to avoid fraud or scamming. Shipping and handling costs will be refunded to you

In the event of a lost package, your order will be replaced and shipped to the original shipping address on your order. Please contact me if you believe your package is lost in transit. I cannot ship a lost package to a different address than stated on the original receipt. Please double check all shipping information before placing your order as I am not responsible for orders that are lost due to customer error.

If an order is returned to me I will contact you to offer either a refund or a second delivery attempt. Shipping and handling costs will not be refunded and you will be asked to pay additional shipping to attempt a second delivery.
