Thank you very much for visiting my store. In order to best assist you, I have compiled a list of questions that get asked frequently (or FAQS) for your convenience. Shipping

Please be aware the USPS is currently experiencing significant delays due to internal problems as well as COVID-19. Please allow an additional week for your items to arrive

- How will my package be shipped?

All orders are shipped through USPS. You can find out more about shipping and handling and rates on my shipping page.

- Can I choose a courier besides USPS?

I currently only ship with USPS

- Do you ship internationally?

Yes I do. Please be advised that shipping costs and time will vary depending on location and any fees related to customs are not included in the total cost.

Due to COVID-19, USPS has suspended service to some countries. Please check HERE for a list of countries with suspended service.

- How much is shipping?

Shipping costs will vary depending on location and weight of package. All orders over $35 ship for free in the US only! You can find out more about shipping and handling and rates on my shipping page.

 - When will my order ship, how long will it take to arrive?

I ship out orders every Tuesday and Friday. Orders take 1-3 days to process depending on the item and usually arrive within 2-4 days. International orders can take 2-8 weeks. Pre order and back stock items will take longer based on estimated time of arrival for stock to reach me. If ordering a custom keychain, processing takes 1 week and up to 3 weeks to be delivered. Please refer to the product page for more information. 

- Do orders come with tracking?

All orders unless specified come with tracking. To track your package visit our tracking page or USPS tracking page

- My order's tracking has not updated/is stuck in pre transit.

Sometimes the post office will miss a scan at a station by accident. This tends to happen more often during the holidays. Rest assured your item should still be delivered within the time frame. If you do not receive your order within the allotted time frame email me at OfficialSkizzeArt@gmail.com. I will do my very best to assist you.

- I would like to change my address.

Contact me right away if you would like to change your address by responding to the confirmation email receipt. I will be able to change your address if the item had not been shipped yet. Once your item has shipped you will have to contact USPS to intercept your package as I no longer have control of it.

- Do you offer priority shipping?

I do offer priority shipping at an additional cost. Free shipping cannot be upgraded to priority shipping.

- Can I combine multiple orders and shipping?

Yes I can. Contact me with your order numbers at OfficialSkizzeArt@gmail.com or leave a note at check to combine your orders.

- Will x item be back in stock?

Sold out items are regularly restocked unless they are marked as last chance. The frequency of restock depends on the item. Posters are restocked on a week by week basis while keychains are restocked less frequently. Sign ups for email notifications are available on the corresponding item's page.  

- Do you accept cancellations, returns or exchanges?

Yes. Please refer to the store policy page for more information

- I received a damaged item/the wrong order.

Please email me at OfficialSkizzeArt@gmail.com if you have any problems with your order along with your order ID number and photos of the items in question. 

- My order has not arrived.

Please refer to your tracking number for any updates regarding your order's status. If tracking has not updated in some time contact me at OfficialSkizzeArt@gmail.com. I will do my very best to assist you.
