Shipping Method
All orders are shipped from New York City via United States Postal Service (USPS) In stock items are subject to 2-5 days processing times. Commissions are subject to 1-2 week processing time depending on the requested commission. Custom orders such as custom keychain designs can take up to a month from processing to delivery.

Shipping Information
Orders are usually processed within 2-5 days of purchase and packages are usually shipped every Thursday.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the order and may be reviewed in cart and prior to completion of checkout. Delivery Confirmation (tracking) numbers are issued for all domestic packages. SkizzeArt is currently unable to provide delivery confirmation for international orders.
International orders may incur customs fees by the receiving country for importing items. SkizzeArt is not responsible for these fees, which must be paid by the customer.
Please note that even when selecting a Priority Shipping option that the standard order processing time still applies.

First Class mail is the cheapest and most reliable shipping method for items under 13oz. It has an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days. Delivery time frame is NOT guaranteed.
USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Padded Envelope
Priority Mail Flat Rate is a discount priority option that is available for small items only. It has an estimated delivery time of 1-3 business days. Delivery time frame is NOT guaranteed.
USPS Priority Mail
Priority Mail is a faster option than First Class and is required for any items over 13oz. It has an estimated delivery time of 1-3 business days. Delivery time frame is NOT guaranteed.
USPS Priority Mail Express
Priority Mail Express is the fastest shipping option available, with a money-back guarantee and overnight scheduled delivery to most U.S. addresses, including PO Boxes. Delivery time frame is guaranteed, but does NOT include processing time. Please contact us to use this shipping method.

International Shipping
USPS First Class Package International Service
First Class mail is the cheapest international shipping method. It has an estimated delivery time of 2-4 weeks, but may take up to 6 weeks if held up by customs. Delivery time frame is NOT guaranteed.
USPS Priority Mail International
Priority Mail is a much faster option than First Class. It has an estimated delivery time of 6-10 business days, but may take up to 3 weeks if held up by customs. Delivery time frame is NOT guaranteed.
USPS Priority Mail Express International
Priority Mail Express is only available upon special request. It has an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days, with a money-back guarantee to select countries. - Estimated delivery dates provided by USPS or in the shipping calculator are not guaranteed unless using Priority Mail Express.
- Transit times are not absolute and may experience a delay, especially during holiday rush. Please allow extra time for your package to arrive before reporting it as lost. If you have a deadline it is recommended you order well in advance to ensure items arrive on time.
International Customs Fees
- International orders may incur customs fees charged by the receiving country. SkizzeArt is not responsible for these fees.
- We will not under-value package contents to avoid custom fees. It is against the law.
- Original shipping fees will not be refunded if a package is denied and returned due to customs fees, as USPS will not refund the cost.
